Hi there! I'm Lyndsey. I am currently completing my Marriage and Family Therapy masters program at BYU and I'm from Centerville, Utah. I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals on a myriad of problems, including parent-teen relationships, multicultural couples and families, couple problems, and body image issues.

As a systems-focused therapist, I utilize structural and experiential therapy modalities to empower my clients in fostering the positive changes they seek. I firmly believe that individuals possess an innate understanding of the changes they need, and my role as your therapist is to create a therapeutic space where you can explore, question, and examine your desires for growth and change and the necessary steps needed to get there. I am dedicated to providing direct yet gentle feedback and support, helping you better live the life you desire.

Outside of the therapy room, you can find me exploring the outdoors through hiking and skiing, playing a "friendly" card game with my husband, or reading a good novel.
