Individual therapy may be a good avenue for you if you are needing to work through some challenges and don't have a partner who wants/needs to come to therapy with you. We will work with you in whatever capacity in order to provide the best opportunity for you to experience connection, growth, and healing.
Couple or relational therapy may be the perfect fit for you if you are struggling in your relationships and interactions with others. Having more than one person in the therapy room provides more context and space for lasting change to take place. We are happy to work with any relational unit!
Family counseling may be the avenue for you if you are struggling with family boundaries, roles, and parenting. Family therapy is also helpful through different transitions in life, such as divorce, blending a family, or adding people to the family. We value the family unit in this therapeutic process and want to bring life to your family.
