Hi! I'm Rachel! Need help in your relationship(s)? I help couples and families navigate conflict, communication and connection issues, anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders/body image concerns, trauma, cultural diversity, and LGBTQ+ issues without judgement.
I approach therapy from a biopsychosocial perspective- recognizing the interconnectedness of individuals and their networks. I love aiding couples and families to foster healthy relationship patterns, as I believe relationships to be the cornerstone of understanding and healing.
My therapy is grounded in acceptance, compassion, curiosity, and honesty. I feel honored and privileged to be a therapist and am deeply committed to providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe growth and change only happen when we step outside our comfort zone, and I will help you to do so.
Outside of therapy I enjoy spending time with friends and family, skiing, playing volleyball, reading, listening to music, playing guitar, traveling, and shopping.
