Shy Woods

Hello! My name is Shy. I’m a student therapist currently pursuing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

As a therapist, I aim to create a warm and supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity—I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences honestly. I draw from evidence-based practices while keeping our work centered on you and your unique story. My goal is to help you uncover your own insight and build the tools you need for growth and lasting change.
