Hi, I’m Emma! I was raised in Sacramento, California, but now I call Utah home. I live here with my wonderful husband and our adorable daughter.

I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Brigham Young University. As someone who has experienced the challenges and rewards of therapy firsthand, I understand how intimidating it can feel to open up about personal struggles. It takes tremendous courage to confront life’s difficulties and make lasting changes, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their unique journeys. I focus on creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered to heal and grow.

I am particularly passionate about working with families and couples, helping them build stronger connections, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Whether it’s addressing generational patterns, resolving conflicts, or rekindling connection, I am dedicated to helping clients create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my little family. My husband and I adore watching our daughter grow. On a quiet evening, you’ll often find me cozying up to watch a binge-worthy show, strolling through my neighborhood, or making memories with the people I love most.
